Information about the MaximizerCloud Service

Subscription Details

Our service is priced on the followng basis, these prices exclude VAT which will automatically be charged unless you are able to provide the necessary evidence of your Companies tax status.

Use of the service is subject to CABC terms and conditions and the user agrees to comply with our conditions of use which require that the service will not be used in any way that may be illegal or which would adversely affect the operation of our service. The minimum subscription period for the service is 12 months after which your contract will automatically renew on a quarterly basis unless a minimum of 30 days notice has been given in writing before the next quarter renewal.

The price per user per month is £29.50 for the Entrepreneur service and £45 per user per month for the Professional and Enterprise service.

For systems of over 10 users you will need to subscribe to our MaximizerCloud Enterprise service. Please contact our sales team for pricing as you are likely, in our experience, to have more specific needs which we will price individually for you.

Where the service you purchase is for Entrepreneur users or for 1 or 2 users of the Professional service we will reserve some of the administration facilities within the application. This will not stop you fully configuring your database to meet your business needs but will for example mean you can not add additional users. Where your system is for 3 or more users we will provide your first account as an admin user with enhanced privileges and the ability to administer the users of your CRM system.

You may wish to enhance the basic service with the addition of off-line MaxExchange and MaxMobile users. The cost for adding these users to your system includes assistance with their initial deployment which must be to a supported and adequate device.

Additional cost for each off-line MaxExchange user is £10 per month.

Additional cost for each Blackberry MaxMobile application user is £5 per month.

If you are a 3 (or  more) MaximizerCloud Professional level subscriber, then you  may also decide to rent our Mail Agent add-on - see brochure. It will have an installation/setup cost which includes teaching you how to configure the product to deal with bounced email.  If you decide to suspend or cancel your Mail Agent subscription , then you will have to pay another installation/setup charge each time you wish to re-instate it. Occasional changes to rules will be included in this monthly price.

Installation/Set-up charge £99 plus VAT

Additional cost for Mail Agent per system, per month is £30 plus VAT


The service includes our Standard Level of telephone support which will assist you with any problems you have accessing the service. This service does not cover activities which involve significant configuration of the application for you or training on its use. We can provide one to one training and assistance with these activities by means of telephone and screen sharing sessions. Time taken providing this assistance can be purchased by acquiring Management Units. Each management unit entitles you to 10 minutes of assistance. A Management Unit contract can be purchased at the same time as your service or at a later date.

Use of the standard service includes provision for sending upto 5,000 emails per month via the Campaign Manager. Additional charge per 10,000 emails will apply. The service operates an effective maximum of 100,000 emails per month.

The cost for additional 10,000 emails is £10.
